OFF ROAD USAGE

 

Purchaser acknowledges and certifies to RADesigns, that Purchasers vehicle will only be used for racing applications or off road vehicle use only. Purchaser requests these modifications for the purpose of enhancing the vehicle for competitive Racing Applications and will not use this vehicle on public streets or highways. Purchaser agrees to indemnify RADesigns, all employees, owners, and subsidiaries for any civil or criminal liability arising out of use of Purchasers vehicle on public streets or highways as Purchaser has been duly notified of the laws and regulations regarding disconnecting, alteration, or modification of a vehicle’s pollution control devices. Purchaser understands and has been advised the driving of a vehicle on public streets or highways could result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

General Notes and Policies

After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged. In the event of a product damage return, you must contact customer service to return merchandise. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from are not refundable. All products and services are.

Returns

​

All Items/products are Sold AS-IS, No Warranty. Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
 

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

 

Pricing/Typographical Errors

While RADesigns strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. RADesigns cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to an error in pricing or product information, RADesigns shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, RADesigns may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
